Job Description


The candidate is responsible for the thorough validation of all Know Your Customer (KYC) documents submitted by offline merchants.
The candidate is responsible for verifying the authenticity and validity of documents.
The candidate is responsible for ensuring that all document submissions are in confluence with regulatory requirements and internal Phone pe guidelines.
The candidate is responsible for strictly adhering to guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) laid down for document validation.
The candidate is responsible for demonstrating extremely high accuracy in work with no scope for incorrect document validation and approval.
The candidate is responsible for strictly adhering to the process since this is a sensitive and time-bound task that requires extremely high accuracy.

Eligibility


The candidate should be able to observe and identify the pattern of documents submitted.
The candidate should be able to identify suspicious and potentially fraudulent document patterns and alert managers for further investigation.


• Escalate complex or ambiguous issues that are outside of the defined SOPs to the relevant management or compliance teams.
