Role Overview – Python + Full-Stack (JS) Developer
As a Python + Full-Stack Developer, you will work remotely with US companies on
AI projects. Your daily work includes writing good quality code, checking AI
responses, helping create training data, and reviewing code.
This job is flexible, and you can work 20, 30, or 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
• AI Model Training & Evaluation Write and maintain code to train and
improve AI models and test their performance.
• Response Evaluation & Ranking Check and rank AI answers to make sure they
meet quality and ethical standards.
• Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) Help create and manage good quality data for AI
training.
• RLHF Collaboration Work with teams to improve AI using human feedback.
• Full-Stack Development Build web applications using Python and JavaScript
frameworks like Node.js, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Code Review Check code and documents and give suggestions to improve quality.
• Continuous Improvement Learn and use new tools and methods to improve AI
work.

Eligibility Criteria
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering,
Computer Science, or similar
• Batch Year: 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 graduates
